Occupancy Options

WWA's Phase 1development allows the aircraft owner maximum flexibility in securing the highest standard of hangar.

WWA will offer the following options:

Purchase Hangar

A. Entire Hangar

For complete privacy and security, an owner/operator of several aircraft may consider purchasing an entire hangar for their exclusive use. WWA will be pleased to negotiate timing and customization features within the Phase 1 Development Schedule.

B. Single Bay

For complete privacy and security within a single bay, an aircraft owner/operator may purchase a partitioned bay with either 120-foot or 60-foot wide doors.

Lease Hangar

As an alternative to outright purchase, an owner/operator may lease an entire hangar or a partitioned bay for a minimum term of five or seven years. Any internal modifications and or partitioning will be charged to the tenant at cost + 10% or added to the lease rate per square foot.

The three bays in each hangar allow for maximum flexibility in aircraft storage


Rental of Hangar Space

For owner/operators with a single aircraft and a shorter time perspective, there will be a range of "rental" options available based upon the footprint of the aircraft and the storage time required.

Office Space

The "Signature" office building between Hangars 03 and 04 will offer some 30,000 square feet of space on three floors. Current proposals allow for the space to be subdivided for multi-tenant use, with a number of dedicated "Executive Suites" for both resident and visiting business people and other industry service providers.
