Development Schedule

Under the umbrella of the Condominium Corporation it is proposed to maintain uniformity of external appearance for the Hangars comprising Phase 1. The timetable for Phase 1 of the hangar development schedule is outlined below. For more detailed information, please contact us.

Phase I

Hangar 02 on Lots 3 & 4 - to be completed as a single 35,700 sq ft facility -

• Design and planning approvals November 2003

• Commencement of ground works December 2003

• Occupation September 2004

• Construction of 3,000 sq ft two-story office addition April 2005

• Occupancy July 2005

Hangar 01 on Lots 1 & 2 - to be completed as a single 35,700 sq ft facility -

• Design and planning approvals March 2005

• Commencement of ground works April 2005

• Available for occupation September 2005

Hangar 03 on Lots 5 & 6 - to be completed as a single 35,700 sq ft facility -

• Design and planning approvals June 2005

• Commencement of ground works September 2005

• Available for occupation December 2005

Hangar 04 on Lot 7 - to be completed as a single 35,700 sq ft facility -

• Design and planning approvals March 2006

• Commencement of ground works April 2006

• Available for occupation September 2006

Office Link Building joining Hangars 3 & 4 on Lots 6 & 7 - 30,000 sq ft on three floors

• Design and planning approvals March 2006

• Commencement of ground works April 2006

• Available for occupation September 2006

Phase 2 & Beyond

WWA's Phase 1 Condominium will be the first step towards achieving the LSRAA's medium-term objective of a dynamic and thriving Airport Business Park. WWA will be pleased to offer custom design-build solutions for clients seeking to acquire their own more specialized facilities on the Phase 2 land or the Airport Business Park.
