Corporate/Commercial Hangars

WWA is developing the first Airport Condominium in Canada at LSRA. WWA will build a series of hangars in the southwest corner of the airfield with optional office facilities for sale, lease or short-term rental. The condominium corporation will have no role in the commercial operations of the newly developed facilities, but will retain a continuing interest in the external appearance and upkeep of the hangars for the general benefit of both owners and tenants.

Creation of a Condominium Corporation will take place during construction operations in 2004/05. The corporation will facilitate the purchase/lease of individual units within each hangar and any internal customization required.
